What are the available delivery options and rates?

We ship BeakBoxes from our New Zealand HQ to the majority of international destinations, providing two delivery options: New Zealand Post and FedEx (both are tracked).

Your orders will be processed within 48 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in New Zealand.

Standard (NZ Post) USD $5 (With tracking) 6 - 10 working days
Express (FedEx) USD $20 (With tracking) 2 - 5 working days

 

Please note: We do not cover customs charges, government taxes, and duties for international orders.

 

I haven't received my package. What do I do?

If you didn't receive your BeakBox, please check on the shipment by tracking your order number that you should have received in your shipment confirmation email. For more details, please send us an email at contact@mybeakbox.com

 

I received a damaged or wrong item for my order. What do I do?

We are very sorry that you received a damaged or wrong item for your order. Get in touch with our team at contact@mybeakbox.com and we'll sort things out for you. Don't forget to include your order number!
