You are welcome to return your BeakBox within 30 days of delivery if it is in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.
We do not cover return shipping costs as well as any additional duties & taxes incurred when receiving the returned BeakBox.
We can only replace items that are in stock.
Damages and lost items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
If your BeakBox is lost, we can track the parcel and replace it only if you selected tracked shipping. If you select a non-tracking shipping, we are not responsible for lost packages and will not replace a lost item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a confirmation email and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
