Gift Card Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The Gift Card Draw is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
   • Participants must complete the designated review form to be eligible for entry.

2. Entry Period:

   • The entry period for the Gift Card Draw begins on the first day of each month and concludes on the last day of the same month.

3. Entry Requirements:

   • To enter, participants must fill out the provided form accurately.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed per month.

4. Draw Process:

   • The draw will take place on the first business day following the end of each month.
   • Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.

5. Prize:

   • The prize consists of a USD $50 gift card for the winner's local online pet store.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

6. Winner Notification:

   • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form within five business days of the draw.
   • If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
